To clear the Pin Wheel, you need to match Cubes of all the different colors next to the Pin Wheel.

For example, when you match red Cubes directly next to it, the color red is added to the Pin Wheel.

Once you collect all colors on the Pin Wheel, it gets cleared.

You can also clear one section of the Pin Wheel by using the special items or boosters.
